I. Product Overview

The floating titanium ball valve is a high-performance shut-off valve designed for highly corrosive media. Constructed with titanium alloy and featuring a floating ball structure, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, low flow resistance, quick opening/closing, and reliable sealing, making it ideal for corrosive applications in chemical, metallurgical, marine, environmental, and other industries.

  1. Floating Ball Design for Tight Shutoff

    The floating ball moves under medium pressure to press against the downstream sealing surface, ensuring reliable unidirectional sealing. Sealing force increases with medium pressure, delivering zero-leakage performance even at higher pressures.

  2. Ultra-Low Flow Resistance

    As one of the lowest-resistance valve types, it maintains minimal pressure drop even with reduced bore designs, reducing pipeline energy consumption and improving system efficiency.

  3. Quick Quarter-Turn Operation

    Full open/close function is achieved with just a 90° rotation, enabling fast shutoff and ideal for emergency process control.

  4. Corrosion-Resistant Sealing System

    Valve seats use PTFE, RPTFE, PPL, and other elastic, corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring stable sealing performance and long service life in aggressive media.
