The floating titanium ball valve is a high-performance shut-off valve designed for highly corrosive media. The floating ball moves under medium pressure to press against the downstream sealing surface, ensuring reliable unidirectional sealing. Sealing force increases with medium pressure, delivering zero-leakage performance even at higher pressures.
As one of the lowest-resistance valve types, it maintains minimal pressure drop even with reduced bore designs, reducing pipeline energy consumption and improving system efficiency.
Full open/close function is achieved with just a 90° rotation, enabling fast shutoff and ideal for emergency process control.
